In 2019 I started obsessing over the climate. Over time, as I fell further and further down the rabbit hole - I started to get more and more depressed. It got to the point where I was extremely moody, highly unmotivated (compared to what I was like before), and many of my bad habits started coming back. This lasted for over a year - and that's when I realized I was depressed.

Luckily, I was able to overcome my depression by doing a couple of different things. Today I'll show you how I managed to treat depression naturally. Hopefully, this video can serve as a form of motivation for some of you.
