Alain Moreau (Jean-Claude Van Damme from Hard Target and The Expendables 2) is a French police officer who makes an astonishing discovery. Indeed, he finds out that he has a twin brother: Mikhail, a man who died recently in a breakneck car chase. He then uncovers a web of family secrets that lead him to New York City. His twin brother was involved with the Russian Mafia and this is probably what led him to his downfall. Teaming up with Mikhail’s lover, Alex Minetti (Natasha Henstridge from Species and Nowhere Safe), Alan goes into a hunt to avenge his brother’s death while running from the same fate that claimed his twin.
