Chana Dal - 1/2 tsp
Cashewnuts - 5-6 chopped
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Green Chilli - 1
Curry Leaves -
Suji / Rava - 1 cup

Salt - to taste
Dhania - 2 tbsp chopped
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Dahi / Curd - 1 cup

Pudina Coconut Chutney ke lie:
Coconut - 1 cup
Dhania - 5-6 stems
Pudina - 25-30 leavee
Green Chilli - 4
Salt - to taste
Puffed Chana Dal / Futana - 1/4 cup
Jeera - 1/4 tsp
Water - chutney banane ke lie
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Sarso - 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal - 1/2 tsp

Potato Sagu ke lie:
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Sarso - 1/2 tsp
Hing - a pinch
Urad Dal - 1/2 tsp
Chana Dal - 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli - 1
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Curry Leaves - 8-10 leaves
