Hill Sprints Training Session designed to build speed and leg strength.
Working against gravity by going uphill can really develop our speed and strength. This session provides great bang for your buck as it doesn't take long to complete and can get a good burn on your legs.
For this session I did 8 Reps lasting about 10 secs and completed that twice through. Depending on your strength and fitness level you can do more or less.
